I avoid going to the doctor as much as possible, mostly because I dread the weight loss talk. Actually, I only had one bad experience. I went into a new office because I was sick (I actually had strep throat) and all the dr talked about was my weight. Needless to say, I was mortified and switched doctors. Since I'm pregnant I have to go in on a regular basis for my checkups. I went today and I'm down 3 lbs. And the doctor was awesome and didn't seem concerned about my weight. I've had three previous healthy pregnancies, so I'm sure that helps. I'm definitely not on a diet in the sense of I need to drop a ton of weight. I'm just being more mindful of what I eat and drink, so I don't pack on a ton of weight.
