Although I exercise everyday, I walk 2-3 miles a day, I believe I'm going to have to add another mile.

I got off track for some time but decided to return to watching my diet and especially exercise. I'm now seriously working out 4-5 times a week. I also include walking at least 3 times a week. I'm also changing my eating habits by including beans and lentils and avoiding refined sugars.

Had to work the late shift so I got home at 0800. Didn't eat today's breakfast went to bed!!

After some missteps I figured out how to use the food diary. I like this. Keeps track of the points (WW) and calorie count etc.

Today I joined Fatsecret.
I "guesstimated" my weight. think I'll go to the gym today, get on the treadmill and weigh myself. So far I'm impressed with this website.
