my lunch always looks like this from the last 1.5 years now, there is a portion of carb (rice/roti/bread) , portion of protien either sabzi or dal/chach/dahi with one veggie seasonal + a big portion of salad( fibre and micronutrients). i almost lost 26 kgs

From 90 kgs to 64,journey was not easy but with discipline and consistency i somehow managed with my 3month baby ,proud that i joined this community online with 21 days fitness challenges, comment to know more
