Day 10 of hell. The side effects of this rediculous nasty virus is about all I can take. I am still battling it. As soon as I think I am able to do anything I crash and burn. AND no I do not have the Swine flu, but if you asked me last week I would have been sure it was with all the media hype.
Irony 101 is that next week I am pretty much finished the crazy work season of 7 days a week for 7 months. I will probably be cleared by then and its then I could take a day for nothing but sleep and relaxation. I have two big events I have to do, tomorrow and Friday and then I can crash.
So with all I can do I am trying to eat and drink lots of water. I am not 100% religious to this but taking it as a guideline to make the best choices and make long term changes.

Ok BACK ON TRACK.
Still suffering from the nasty flu/cold bug but its enough now. Back to looking after me and sticking to the program. I want the results so I need to do the work.
Exercise will come when I can get up enough energy. Just getting thru the day at work has been hell.

Not quite sure what happened. I ate a little more yesterday and realized this morning I have dropped again. My energy is nil still and have not even the slimmest of hopes to get some exercize in yet. But I do think I might live now, LOL.
It's my son's 11 birthday party today and to be honest the cake and ice cream and chips and pizza repulse me right now. Not even the least bit hungry but now I need some something in me.
I must sound like a complete baby being sick, everyone gets sick. I hardly ever do but when I do its seems to be hammer time. Not used to not being in control and letting so much slide. My house, my kids my self. UGH.
I did go to the store and stocked up on fruit and salad stuff and more yoghurt for smoothies. I so can not wait to get back on track.
I am so close and have not been this close to my goal weight in ages. I want to do this. My committment to a healthy April blew up in my face with getting side lined, but more than ever I want to feel strong and healthy.

I did it. I got on the scale and felt sicker. I was doing so well. How can I have sweat with a 100 degree fever for 2 days and gained weight eating almost nothing. Geezzzz.
Of course I blew off this day eating toast and peanut butter for breakfast but that was all that even appealed to me since I am at work and did not pack my usual lunch.
I have 9.5 lbs to go. I need to get back on track.
