💁🏻♀️Chloe Ting workouts actually work!!
Its been a week+ only n i lost 1kg.
Though i just want to reduce lil belly fat n gain healthy weight😅with daily workout routine(needs stronger motivation😂)
Not sure whether only belly is shrinking or im reducing overall.Will update after few weeks✌🏻
im not following any strict diet just cutting carbs n adding proteins n healthy fats with sm cheat meals😋#foodaholic👩🏻🍳
