I’m actually so proud of myself! I have changed so much in just 11 days! I have been on the gastric bypass alternative diet for just 11 days and I’m down 14 pounds! I have so much more energy in the mornings, I actually wake up and with in 5 mins of getting up I’m awake and ready for the day! I haven’t been like this in forever! Also on the plus side I called my dr yesterday to see when the last time I was weighed there and how much I was and it was in July 2016 and I weighed 364 pounds!! I know as of this morning weigh 319 pounds! Whoooo!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to give a back story of me! My name is Tiffany and I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease about 6 years ago, graves disease is an auto immune disease that attacks the thyroid. Long story short I ended up having radiation to kill my thyroid, witch has been hell!! In less then a year I gained over 120 pounds. Going from a size 16 to a 26 jeans. I recently got married, on May 5 2018 and couldn’t be happier ! I have recently started this diet called gastric bypass alternative and I think it’s going great! It’s time for me to shed some pounds so I can start my own family!! Wish me luck! Any pointers on food would be amazing! I have a hard time thinking of healthy meals to make:)
