I been going through a really rough time lately in my personal life,and work hasnt made it ant easier. I'm very mad at my self for over doing it with the snacks, unhealthy ones at that. I really have to kick that habit. With me stressing its not helping. But today is a new day, so im going to try hard to kick the bad habits. Or atleat not over do it. ;)

with having high blood pressure, at the age of 28, i really need to take diet and exercise more serious.. at my heaviest i weighed 175lbs. thats when i was going through a hard time in a realtionship and family issues.. i went on crash diets and lost some wt. then i yo yo diet for awile. i knew that was horrible for my body. i got off 20lbs through cutting my calorie intake,and carbs.. oh those carbs they are good!!!! ;) that was a few years ago.. i lost 15lbs. recently through old fashion diet and exercise.. these last 12lbs. have just been such a struggle to get off, with me being 5'1" my doc really is pushing for me to get this wt. off. my overall goal is to be healthy, and not have to take meds to control my blood pressure.. getting rid of some stress in my life will help too!!!

hi everyone im new to fat secret, im hoping this will give me the tools to finally lose the pounds i been trying to get off.. I lost 15lbs. on my own so i hope this take me the rest of the way!!! lets see what happens!!! ;)
