Hi all! i am back... So i started at the gym in Jan, have a brilliant trainer but unfortunately he is leaving shortly. anyway, i caught this bug that is going around here in the UK and was done for 3 weeks with a chest infection. i was all ready to go back on Monday but Sunday I decided to trip and hurt my knees, arms and back - i am all black & blue and Swollen. i shall get back there tomorrow as my body is feeling a bit better but i will only be able to do cardio until my hand heals. but cardio is better than nothing.
i am REALLY worried about weighing in tomorrow. i was doing so well before i got ill and then everything goes to pot. but i will weigh in and see what happens.
i hope that you all are doing well and enjoying Spring or Autum depending on where you live.
