Well, I've at least been biking but not really lifting. Leg/back issues are nearly taken care of...NEARLY.
In the absence of being able to lift, I HAVE been able to work on my eating and my strict movements. YAY for strict pullups and really good pushups...and hauling the kids around in the bike trailer.
Still holding my weight, although I've lost a pound or two...
Hanging in there... I will get through this.

Oh my holy goodness! I have had some pretty severe leg pain and haven't been able to work out, but by keeping up with my keto//os it's helped me to fuel myself with it and real food just how I need, and not too much or too little. The awesome thing is that I've had to do every single movement "strict" so, now my pull ups are finally getting to where they need to be.
I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT'S HAPPENING! So, just a little side thing that I'm just in disbelief about - this little journey that I've been on with the Keto//OS and how it's helped me is taking me to San Diego this weekend! The FOUNDER of the company has personally invested in three of us at our gym! I cannot believe it! This year is going to be a wild ride of crushing my personal goals and helping others along the way!

Well, I'm back. I've kept up logging on my own site, but have kinda been lax here.
In the meantime, I've found that I'm not the only one of my circle of friends who's noticed the same results this year. And here I thought I was a special snowflake.
Woohoo! I think we've found a sustainable model!
I've also been looking back through pictures. My face has certainly told the tale of fat loss.

I was going to brag that I hadn't gotten sick all year and that it was probably due to the Keto//OS I'm taking. (since that's the only thing that's been different)
I made it this far and then Whammo, Sunday I got a head cold. Nothing bad, but it's still a cold. :-(
Well, I have to say that I have to kind of expect it though because I've been pushing myself the past few days. I did the crossfit open 16.4 and actually got 6 handstand pushups!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! (I turned 40 on Wed and just learned how to do handstand pushups on Tuesday)
Here's to going into 40 stronger than ever!!!

Wow! I guess I hit that goal, but quite honestly my goal was never related to how much I weigh, rather how much weight I can pick up.
THOSE goals have some work still to go. I did however get some unassisted honest-to-goodness handstand pushups today! Technically I eeked them in before 40...with only hours to go! YAY ME and YAY Keto//OS!!!
