Day one on weight watchers. Im a little confused on how to find the points values on foods this time since there is not a slider. Still looking in the book...

I joined weight watchers today. I need the extra help. Getting older is for the birds. I can't lose it like I used to.

I really like their new points system. Excited to see where this goes!
