Had dental surgery and in process of recovery. No time to diet right now. Liquids for the first 2 days and soft foods for now till next year supposedly.

Seven days is a long week. Hopefully it will get easier. I dont suffer with cravings just gets a little boring at times and terribly constipated. One more week for phase one and maybe it wont be so bad.
