Guys.. please jangan paksa makan makanan yg gak ada rasanya ato cuma dikasih garem sm merica doank.. Kita bukan atlit yang mau kompetisi..
Makan makanan biasa aja yang kita enjoy, tp ttp perhatiin macro nutrientnya protein, serat dan sedikit carbs..
Jadi gak bakal ada yg namanya cheat day ato cheat meal krna kita tau apa yang masuk ke mulut itu terkontrol.. Secara mental juga bagus krna kita makan apa yang kita suka, bukan apa yang kita paksa, ujung2 nya balas dendam di cheat day ato cheat meal.
ingat, GULA itu lebih jahat dari pada FAT!

Knp hrs pusing makan makanan yg cuma di kasih garam n lada lalu di grill, tp diluar msh minum minuman botol ato makan yogurt rasa2, ato roti isi, martabak ato seblak?
