New job = crazy hours = my eating schedule being wayy off
this is not good. its time to get back at it, and do it properly. just need to learn how to work around my hectic schedules. but it shall be done.

So as I look at what I'm eating, I'm doing half decent in terms of my points, but I'm not eating nearly enough calories according to my calculated RDI. So now I'm confused. I thought you were supposed to less carbs than you use. But maybe I'm wrong. Now thinking maybe I'll just watch my food, eat healthy and not worry about points.

Day Three:
Things are going good. Staying consistent with the exercise, loving turbo jam! It don't even feel like exercise, its so amazingly fun. I'm thinking I might also start Slim in 6, as I heard its great too. Guess we'll see. Maybe I'll alternate between the two.

Day One:
I need to change my lifestyle so here's the start. I find I'm not really a night-snacker, but I do eat my meals off schedule (ie lunch at 1:30 and supper at 8) which I'm going to change. I also need to incorporate more healthy snacks in my diet, and snack often. its supposed to help. So that starts now too.
I've tried exercising and dieting before. But I just got discouraged and quit. This time i'm going to make it work
So I'm trying this site this time. Hoping that it will give me the motivation to keep to it.
Keep you all posted on my progress. Its going to be a long journey.
