Sumber protein yang jadi andalan selama diet,
1. Dada ayam boneless-skinless, 30g/100g. Harga 45rb-50rb/kg kalau di pasar tradisional. OP banget tinggi protein hampir g ada karbo dan lemak.
2. Ampela Ayam, 30g/100g, Harga 20rb/kg. Tinggi lemak, lebih baik di airfry tanpa minyak.
3. Ikan tongkol, 24g/100g. Harga 28rb-32rb/kg. Kalau lagi musim harga bisa turun ke 18rb/kg.
4. Ikan layang, 23g/100g, harga 26rb-32rb/kg. Profil nutrisi bagus banget.
5. Ikan Kembung, 19g/100g. Harga 28rb-32rb/kg.
6. Tahu, 8g/100g. Harga 10rb-15rb/kg. Protein kelihatan kecil tapi kalori juga kecil jadi bisa makan banyak. Kalau digoreng, protein naik berlipat tapi kalori juga tinggi.
7. Tempe, 19g/100g. Harga 10rb-15rb/kg.
