I've decided that I need help and I need to get better.
I can't let this eating disorder and my depression rule my life, so I am going to go and book a session with a nutritionist.
Although, I will admit I am scared as all hell for the time when I step on the scales and see I've gained weight. I've realized I've been hurting my best friend for far too long when I promised I would never do so. I am also sick to death of fearing any small amount of food I put in my mouth.

Tuesday I had around 266 or so calories which is fantastic.
Yesterday I had 310 and today so far I have had 203.
It's going quite well.
