Sorry I haven't been posting, my router broke and I just got a new one. But, I have lost 10 lbs exactly and going strong! I hope to be posting more often now :)

Day 2 of the ABC diet, calorie limit was 500, but I consumed only 325 because I was rushing all day and only had time to have a peach apple carrot fruitsations in the morning and a small pork chop in mushroom soup gravy w/ rice and veggies for dinner. My calorie limit for today is 300, but since I was under the limit for the first 2 days, I'm going to cheat a little bit today and have a bagel with light cream cheese (320kcal) and have a subway salad for dinner. Will update my calories at the end of the day!! :)

Day 1 of the ABC diet down, calorie intake goal for the day was 500 but I managed to get under with a kcal of 403 and feel full(ish)! I will update everyday, even if no one is listening :p, to keep myself motivated.. and I will weigh in every monday :)
so excited to see the results!
