I quit the Atkins as it is just not for me. I gained back my weight to 215 but since then I have quit drinking and started being more proactive in my exercising and got down to 190 I have completely slacked the last few weeks as far as exercising goes and have gained back 2 pounds. So I am now at 192. Reading Rob Weiss's story inspires me to get up and get going. I need to check in here more often then I do so that I can keep myself on track. Just purchased a Bowflex Max Trainer M5 and Bowflex 520's (50 pound adjustable dumbbells) so I have all that I need to make the difference. Motivation is the killer. Thanks Rob you have inspired me to get going!

Well, not as exciting of an entry as I would like. Kelly and I drank like drunk horses.... or fish... last night, depending on your preferred description. I am still at 205 so that is a Blessing in its self. However, I am beginning to think that I need to go back to 3 drink limit 6 days a week. Allowing ONE day to be a "Cheat Day" then go from there. I am starting my weekly weigh in's to be on Wed's. That is what Kelly wants. I might still do the Monday weigh in but not sure if that is the right idea or not. Will have to ask in the forum. Done for the night, GOD Bless and say Good Night Now. :-)

Ok I got to start drinking more water! It is very important and daily gelatin 2 times a day morning on an empty stomach and night on a empty stomach before bed.
