Feeling crappy today. Sick with a awful cold. But I am trying to eat well and still exercise. The exercise is the worst. I tried to kick box last night lasted 3 minutes. :(
Tonight is yoga so it should be ok.

Happy Monday- so far today on track for eating.
I have two classes tonight for exercise a circuit class and then a stretch and tone class. Drinking lots of water and feelig pretty good for a monday :)

Getting back on track after the holidays is not easy. This week I have been clearing out all the junk, both food and clutter. I am back exercising and I need to work on the eating plan. That is on my agenda for tonight- the weeks menus and shopping list.
