I am starting my diet all over again. I have been reading up on the "Bulletproof Diet" and it seems like it will work. Has anyone here tried it? I am going to the store tomorrow and I wanted to know what kind of coffee and butter do you use? Have any of you lost weight on this plan? Thank you in advance! Susanne

I have eaten way too many carbs and fat today. I have had small portions, but I don't like eating so many carbs and fat. One reason or the reason is I have not been to the grocery store. I can't go until Friday so I have to make-do with what I have got. This time when I go to the store I will be more prepared. I am sticking to chicken, fish, green veggies and fruit. When I started this diet over a week ago I was not prepared, I did it on the spur of the moment. I had a terrible weekend, my back hurt so bad, and I felt so puffy, I thought this is it, I have got to do something. So I have been dieting ever since. I am excited about going to the grocery store and getting healthy food. I even have my husband on track with me. He has no choice since I am the cook. lol I just wanted to give a little background on how I started my plan. I am also going to the doctor on Friday, and I am sure he will see a difference. I am not hungry at all today. I had to push myself to have tomato soup for lunch. Like I said in another post my hunger hits me every night about 10:00 pm. If I can make it passed that, I am o k.
