Well have been walking and gained 5 pounds. i lost inches but going up in weight feels disappointing. Kinda freaks me out. Not counting points either because I know what to eat now.

I have been walking 30 mins 3 to 5 days a week so im not loosing weight. I'm gaining muscle so am gaining weight a bit! it was discouraging until a friend told me to measure myself instead. im loosing inches! Thank God! Thats working! Anyone else notice that?
