I've been away for a while and managed to gain a couple lbs. So now I am back and more serious about my weight loss more than ever!!
This time we are doing a 'Biggest Loser' contest at work and I have a wedding date to set :) I'm sooo excited!
So, for now I have decided to cut out some of my breads and sugars. I'm also gonna hit the gym harder than ever. I've got till June to loose and maintain 150 lbs. I know I can do this!
Cindyshine...you are my inspiration, so I can definately use some words of advice :)
Also, I'm looking for some healthy recipes ;)

I'm excited!! I am finally losing the weight :)
It has been really hard though, since my office has a potluck every other day. I just have to look for the healthy stuff and put the blinders on when I see cake.
Also...the coolest thing happend to me over the weekend. My family got together for Halloweeen and my dad comes up to me and says "Oh wow, your look like you lost some weight". I was soooo excited, even after 1 week you can see a difference. I'm gonna keep this up!

Went to spin again! I love it and I feel energized all day. Thank you CindyShine for being such a great support. I lost 1/2lb in 2 days. My goal is 2 lbs a week. while I pedalled in spin class this morning, all I could think about was how fabulous I'm gonna look in a size 9 little black dress. I'm gonna celebrate!
