Sarapan, terlalu berat. Kurleb 450 kalori kt fs... tp kekenyangan jd telor nya tdk dimakan.. #dietkelaparan,rugidong

Menu hari ini. Kopi manis 2 cangkir kecil. shake hl 1, nasi tiwul, rendang sapi sepotong kecil. Putih telor 2. tahu kukus 2. pokchoy kukus, bengbeng 1, brownis setengah porsi, 1 apel besar. Kurleb 1200kalori an. Tantangan dari diri sendiri.... Semoga berhasil.... cos baju dah pd ga muat...😄
