Losing 0.0 kg a Week
13 August 2018
after one week of carbs recharge, where I kept a healthy approach, no junk food, zero alcohol, but tons of my beloved carbs under the shape of home made pizza, potato dumplings, pasta and risotto❤️. i lowered the proteins, raised fats and kept around the 2300kcal per day which should be my base kcal rate. Kept a tight weightlifting training schedule, not much extras though (walking, cardio...). And the opening weight of this second diet session starts at 82.7, 15.6% body fat, 66.4kg lean mass. very happy with this! Hopefully will see the 14% within the next 2 weeks?

Gaining 0.0 kg a Week
07 August 2018
So, my journey goes on. After a weekend which started (Friday) with a gym session I could not complete due to an excessive intensity for the calories average cut I was keeping (15-20%), I decided that I am now gonna increase calories slightly as I am also changing kind of training. Most of all I wanna feel like I can eat anything I want and still be in control. It might turn in a slight increase of weight (that I started seeing, but it was my lean mass back to 67 kg after dropping to 65.5) but as far as the body fat won't increase much I am not concerned. One thing I noticed is that if I postpone my first carbos income I control my hunger much more easily. On the other side if I indulge in carbs since the breakfast then the whole day I struggle not to eat twice the amount of carbs I planned to have.
I will stop weighing for one week and see what happens, and take it from there. Very happy of gym results, where I completed a 1 month strength cycle so well that I decided to try a 9 week russian strength cycle which could bring me back to my all times best personal in deadlift (180) and beat my squat (160) barbell bench press (120 kg) and military press (75 kg). See how it goes.
