We should get a great harvest of apple, strawberry, grape, blue,black,and marion berries this year. The goal is to enjoy the heck out of them, no counting calories or carbs just pure organic enjoyment.

A bit discouraged today. went bike riding had a great Greek salad at American dream pizza, a 1/4 slice of gluten free pizza and the best soft chocolate chip cookie ever. Carbs are obviously way over but whatever, treated myself and way under caloric intake. Decided I need to start going to the gym. Trying to workout at home, even doing yoga with two toddlers is just ridiculous if not hilarious. Maybe this is what I need to push me forward.

I love rice! But...a great substitute is cauliflower steamed and salted with lime and cilantro, almost like Chipotle's brown rice, almost.

Panicked for just a moment and thought I was going overboard on the carbs but even with a double shot espresso with whole goat milk that is only 5.5 carbs per cup so I am staying within my 30 carb max per day. Time to reduce the protein and up the fat intake which will be great, love me some avocados. Burning through my supply of coconut oil. Been pretty consistent with my water and fiber. Iay just be able to pull this keto thing off for the duration. Substitute fish for the red meat. Loving the cocoa, coconut oil, and cinnamon in my coffee. Starting to feel the subtle shifts and balancing taking hold. Bike ride with kids today, goodness do have to pull the kid trailer again? Need to find a less hilly bike trail. My parents are coming in about a week so that will be a test of sweetened coffee drinks and donut treats for the kids. Right now the thought makes me quesy. I will start weighing my self again after my TOM has departed.
