Udah sebulan rutin setiap hari treadmill durasi 1 jam, alhamdulillaah walaupun bb belum banyak turun tapi lingkar pinggang, paha & perut berasa kecil bgt bgtt bgtt 🫶🏻

Udah berhenti 1 tahun bb jadi naik dari 63 ke 65 😭 yuuukk semangat lagiiii udah sebulan rutin treadmill 1 jam & makan makanan sehat. Bismillaaahh 🫶🏻🫶🏻
