Over night oats soaked in kefir. 0% Greek Yogurt , topped with banana and natural peanut butter! Yummy!
Starting to get creative with my meals, makes it easier to stay on track.

Tofu croutons, hemp hearts and sunflower seeds.Homemade dressing of dijon mustard, honey lemon juice and balsamic vinegar yummm!!

Taco bake. Now before anyone flips a lid I used ground turkey , skim milk mozzarella, and high protein gluten free tortillasAt the portion only equals to 24 g of fat. A lot for one portion I know but it makes up for what I missed throughout the day YOLO!

Looking for advice from people that have some knowledge in nutrition if possible :)
I was doing and feeling great for two months. First month started exercising and eating better.
Second month started calculating macros and exercising more. I’ve taken a week off because I feel absolutely exhausted and just trying to make it through the day without sitting on my butt being lazy.
So here’s the question how many calories do i need to be burning before adding more calories?
I began at 200-300 over the amount I was consuming and ended at 400-700 over.
I wondering if that was too much and wore me out. If i’m just being a wimp please feel free to say so lol
