After a week and a half....four workouts, one food holiday...still down 5 lbs and my clothes are fitting waaaay different. I've heard ppl say that working out is like an addiction, once your body starts to move, you CRAVE the exercise....I thought they were crazy. Turns out, they're right...go figure!
