Jack's home so we were running around and he had to stop at Taco Bell,then we had a BBQ to go to to celebrate a couple of friends 50th Birthdays. I tried to be good, I didn't have any potato or macaroni salad and no ice cream cake, that was all actually really easy to pass up. And I did amp up the exercise plus we did house cleaning.

tried Guiltless Gourmet Mediterranean Spinach Wrap today, very good,satisfying bread(carb)craving Also did 55 min(uped the 10 promised) of exercise, both thanks to the no excuses challenge.

well I haven't been journaling or filling out my food and exercise calender lately but I have been watching what I'm eating not doing great on water but have uped my exercise. since the no excuses challenge I commited to 10 min of exercise every day I missed 2 wkends so I now am doing at least 30 minutes every day. I also have tried some tasty new foods and am continually researching lifestyle plans and searching for good foods. New show eat yourself thin is very good.

been down and sick since last Friday 3am but since I had committed to 10 min exercise every day which started Monday I had to. still not back to normal.
