Does it feel like when you are "bad" like one day... All of a sudden, it is so easy to be bad over and over. Life happens and I am trying so hard to do my best to keep more calories than eaten but sometimes my appetite gets ahead of me. Even consuming healthy foods.....too much is bad too.

I am in shock.. I know I was going to run into trouble when they said dim sum and also dinner.... Two huge meals in one day... I wasn't ready for this. On top of that my entire backside is so super sore from yesterday's workout. I pushed myself too hard. I thought I was ready... I mean I have built up some endurance but honestly my body was not ready for the over the top workout ... I did lots of jumping, weights, and then the insanity fit test, jogged a mile until I had knee pain. I split this up into two seperate workouts but it was too much. I regret it now... I knew I was not going to be able to workout today so I did so much yesterday. Ah well I didn't even have a green juice!! Tomorrow I will rest from working out but I will drink my green juice and protein shake... Try to get all this food out of my system for my Weekly Friday weight in.
