I am about 163 and change. 164 is my extreme fattest. I am out of control and decided to do the GM diet for the next 7 days. Although I don't believe it's necessarily the miracle weight loss program, I am hoping it will set the stage for me to not drink alcohol for the next 7 days and eat smaller portions. My portion control is really out of control. My biggest fear with this challenge is to NOT drink any alcohol. I've done it before but only when I discovered I was pregnant.

Day 1:
All fruits except bananas.

It's 10:00 and I've had two cups of black coffee so far (no milk). I need to run to the store and get supplies before breakfast.
