Hello everyone, you all write inspiring messages and helps give everyone hope.
I have a healthy, low calorie diet, and do a lot of exercise but still not budging for months in weight. Rather depressing.
A couple of weeks ago I brought Healthy way Spirulina powder, organic. I started with a teaspoon in my fruit juice smoothie and the past week started with a heaped soup spoon of Spirulina. I also have cinnamon sprinkled in the mixture, physillium husk and flaxseed meal.
I have definitely noticed the difference and filled up more, increased metabolism which has always been sluggish and starting in a week to have a flatter stomach, starting to notice the difference in body and suddenly fitting in a skirt that I couldn't wear for months.
It's only the second week of increased Spirulina and I haven't weighed myself as yet, but definitely noticed less appetite and the difference.
Definitely google benefits of Spirulina. it definitely works and will keep it going.
