so... i guess the last time i officially worked out was last week w/ Korina..we went hiking/walking/running at Peters Canyon.
=/ i feel so blaaaaaaaaaa! i so fucking feel the diffrence in my mood. in my clothes.
dam!!! gotta push myself. stop making excuses...so what if its rainy THATS WHAT THE GYM IS FORRRRRRR.

im...fat...and THATS no secret? hehe
... time to start eating healthy!!! i was doing so good..until my trippy trip to Boston. and my boyfriend is a chef so that doesnt help? Haha
ate sooo much yummy foooooooods.
and i havent been running cuz of the rain.. .
bla blah blah... EXCUSESSSSSSS
well today i was good. so thats a start!
i even said no to our mexican home town made tortillas.. mmm THAT WAS HARD FOR ME TO DO =)
