Volví a perder mucho músculo, tal vez porque me enfermé del estomago, pero necesito aumentar mi actividad física, principalmente en ejercicios de fuerza y disminuir mi promedio de ingesta de grasa.

Estas últimas semanas he registrado niveles bajos de consumo en grasas y alto en proteína y retomé una actividad física por encima de los 2,400 kcal promedio, sin embargo, bajé un poco de musculo y aumenté un poco de grasa. Debo reforzar las tres semanas siguientes para revertirlo, porque llevo tiempo perdiendo músculo y ganando grasa, aunque muy poco, se lo atribuyo a los "fines de semana libre" en alimentación que estoy dándome.
