Udh hampir sebulan bb turun cuma 3kg. Gak masalah, gak panik juga. Dikarenakan aku olahraga angkat beban, yg sampe 20-50kg. Lalu aku konsumsi protein 2x lipat kebutuhan harian ku. Tapi cuma turun 3kg badan aku berubah lumayan signifikan, krna aku yakin aku ngebakar banyak lemak dan build muscle juga. Aku yakin massa otot aku bertambah juga, itu sebab nya bb aku turun cuma sedikit. Program yg lagi aku jalanin ini fat loss, bukan semata" losing weight aja. Aku ga ngejar banget angka timbangan, ya walaupun goals aku juga lumayan tinggi. Its all about time, waktu sebulan itu cuma waktu singkat. "Baru" sebulan bukan "udah" sebulan. Buat temen" fs, kalian harus perhatiin lagi ya jgn sampe salah program kalian apa, goals
