I need buddies for Your Shape: Fitness Evolved on Xbox. I would also like to connect with people (I almost typed Peeps for some reason), on Xbox Live to do dance challenges with Dance Central and Just Dance 3. I've been killing my workouts because of Xbox! Yay for that!
It looks a little overcast, but I'd like to take the wee ones to the park to do the obstacle course. Hope it's a nice day. :)

Avocados taste so good! Way better than cheese. And...I've discovered that I can slice a cucumber, and a few dollops of Greek Yogurt, a splash of vinegar, some salt and pepper, and some green onions and have a very filling cucumber salad. My mom used to make something similar with sour cream, but sour cream has a lot more calories.
I have a very veggie-laden turkey chili cooking, and I might actually be kind of full already (I know I won't be later), but an avocado certainly helps (just half, because it packs a nice caloric wallop).

How many calories does my ideal weight need anyway? All the calculators give different answers for 5'4, 33 year old weighing 135. Some say as low as 1200, and others say as much as 1800 calories a day! How confusing is that? So...I don't even know what my maintenance calories are for my current weight! How am I supposed to know if I'm on track or not?? I seem to be stuck at 188...
I'm exercising all the time, it seems. I don't log everything...and being a stay at home mom...it's easy to ensure I don't sit for too long. I purposely stand almost most of my day... then I do housework...adding in squats and such. I do "Your Shape: Fitness Evolved," and burn about 200 calories. I dance and burn calories. I do arm weights, leg lifts...
And I log everything...from the tsp of olive oil I cooked with, to the garlic cloves I crushed and put in my mustard greens!! I feel like I can eat this way all the time. It's VERY different then what I was doing, but is it enough to lose weight? Should I be eating much less?
I've overdone it a few times, but not to any horrific extreme. Ah well. Maybe I'm just impatient! Cheers.
