doing good. My jaw feels great and I'm down just over a pound!! I'm on super soft foods... mostly liquids so it's been really easy to count my calories and stay in my range! YAY!

Ok, so I haven't been around, but I'm back. I have been having trouble with my jaw and my eating had been crazy. But I'm now not allowed to eat or really "chew" anything and I'm only having meal replacement shakes.. yuck. but it is halping me count my calories and I think I can get back on the banwagon with this plan... just till the jaw issue is fixed anyway.

Hey everyone! I've been fighting a migraine that just won't go away. I'm doing my best, but I'm so sick to my stomach haven't been eating much. today I'm feeling a little better. I managed to eat an egg with a little cheese. I'm going to try and lay low today... (well as low as I can with the boys underfoot, and packing the family for the trip to the in-laws that I'm oh so excited about.)
I haven't felt good enough to get on a scale..I just don't want to know what it says...
