I feel I'm doing it right, the calorie deficit I've planned is working and my gym routine is challenging but not impossible. Hopefully I'll have good results the next weigh-in :P

Configuré un déficit calórico de 2000, sin embargo hoy consumí 2341, creo que la cantidad de ejercicio es apropiada como para haberme dado ese lujo, pero voy a esforzarme más estos días que siguen para seguir el régimen con exactitud.
Me estoy sintiendo bien, hice una rutina de levantamiento de peso bastante buena de piernas-abdominales y aun así en la noche caminé 3km desde clases a casa.
Sólo necesito mejorar con la cantidad de kcal.

I'm now starting my body transformation.
Personal goal: take pictures every month to measure visual progress.
Starting with: 97kg
Goal: 85kg.

Low calorie diet will help me to achieve my goal and in the same time make me more disciplined and serious, so then when I decide to put other goal (ex: muscle gain) it will be easier to stay focused.
