Well I weighed in (early in the AM) at 182. I am reasonably happy with this weight loss of 4lbs. this past week (after gaining the previous week.) I had a frustrating week with lots of "over eating", but I was surprised to find I lost weight after all. I was hoping to be down a little more than this since I started, but I'll take it!! I missed dinner tonight, and that's ok. I fell asleep, and the next thing I knew it was 11pm. I just decided, after eating VERY poorly for lunch, that I would snack on some fruit. Went over my points today, but it should even itself out since I still had most of my extra weekly points still available.

Got back on the diet today. Although I follow my points very closely, I made sure I stuck to them today. I felt full this morning after some whole wheat toast, but this afternoon is another story. I tried to do what some suggested about trying a lean cuisine. It didn't fill me up at all, and was 300 calories. :( I had to eat a few extra things to get full enough to go on with my afternoon at work. We were busy, so I didn't get my extra snack. I have a few points left for dinner, so that will be a challenge to find something that I can eat. Other than that, pretty well followed diet day, and more than the suggested amount of water.

Had to go out to dinner last night, but I was careful with what I ate earlier in the day. Today I am back on track, even though I missed Breakfast. Hopefully come weigh in time t his week, I will be down weight instead of up. Here we go week #2!

Well I have done my first week. I really watched what i ate, and paid attention to my points, and calories. I had 2 days where I was under my points, and 1 day went I went over them. However, I have half my weekly extra points still left. I worked out only twice this week, but I am on my feet all day being active. I am a little discouraged to find that I went up 1 pound this week. Not at all what I was expecting. I am trying to fit more veggies into my diet, even though I dislike them. On the plus side, I feel healthier, and even though I gained I feel "smaller".
