Allora ho calcolato tutto....tdee..ecc ecc...ho alzato proteine e grassi...credo gia di aver perso qualche etto....forse io devo puntare sui grassi poi proteine e dopo carbo...ognuno e diverso....speriamo sia la volta buona...voi che ne dite???consigli...
