Went to fitness park again this morning,and did 14 laps around track using my 2 lb hand weights. 6 more laps than yesterday. Upper arms are pretty sore today from upper body exercises yesterday. Also did 2 sets of 60 second upper body cycling.

Went to the neighborhood fitness track this morning ,,did 6 laps and all the different stretches, pedaling and arm exercises and thighs. Went with my daughter and had a blast. We were there for an hour I plan on doing this everyday,I can't. believe how good I feel..
