Senam ini kalau diawal sakit bahu. Untuk hilangin sakit bahunya harus diselesaikan sampai 28 menit hehehe... Suka senam ini dulu sebelum BB naik kembali. Selalu pakai senam ini dan perut kehilangan lemak. Semoga bisa kembali konsisten seperti dulu aamiin.
