Salah satu cemilan kaya serat selain buah dan sayur. Jelly/agar2, segini cuma sekitar 43kal.
Aku pake nutrijell mangga, agar2 swallow plain dikit (1/2sdt), dan gulanya diabetamil 6 sachet.
Bisa dimakan langsung, atau buat campuran salad buah. Yumm!

Tadi sarapan makan roti selembar + selai kacang morin + pisang 1/2, roti pun kira2 3/4nya yg dimakan, karena sisanya dimakan anakku, trus aku minum kopi susu (espresso+susu uht+gula diabetamil), jd yg diitung kalorinya cuma susunya 110ml. Alhamdulillah ngerasa kenyang, jd aku kalo minum kopi susu tuh kyak menekan nafsu makan + bisa merangsang buat BAB 😃 Jangan lupa banyakin air putih 👌

Tau deh kalori pastinya berapa, aku input aja 300an 🤪 ga diminum semua kok, kira2 cuma 3/4 gelas lah😋
