Target 1300 kalori hari ni baru setengahnya tapi mindset kadang takut mau makan lagi.. hehehhe kira2 makan apa ya buat makan malam??

saat pindah ke Bekasi, makan banyak malah BB turun.. sekarang giliran di kurang2 makannya.. belajar defkal kok malah naik ya??? kira2 selain karena kegiatan yang berubah apalagi ya penyebabnya?

turun BB bisa makan 1300-1500 😆😆 .. bismillah.. dimulai perlahan tapi pasti buat kesehatan dan keinginan hehehe
