Crispy-baked Mung bean and sweet potato puffs. Vegan, gluten free, and 2 puffs for 292 calories. Can’t go wrong as meal prep for a health week of lunches. Great on their own or on top of a salad or with some grilled asparagus.

There’s the bounce back. It was my birthday week and I ate two days of seriously crap food (cookies, cupcakes, etc). It was two days and not unexpected. Still down overall. Back on track.

I’m a little surprised given that yesterday was my birthday and I hate terrible for me sweets. We’ll see if there’s a bounce back this weekend. My calories were still low but I ate crap food. I guess it just goes to show that at the end of the day calories in - calories out = weight loss or gain is king.

My birthday is tomorrow which means treats at work. I am worried I’m going to blow the progress I’ve made so far in a single day. Anyone have great suggestions for avoiding all you favourite weaknesses in a single day.
