December 19, 2020 to today, I've gained 3 kgs..
Whom should I blame...
My family's and my health...my negligence...or just the circumstances..??
New day comes with new challenges..and I'm here with one for myself.😎
I'm gonna stop counting calories ( I realised that it's not feasible in a long term)...also I'm staring to incorporate exercise as a daily routine...

I don't know if I should laugh at this or what😜... After motivating myself, I started working out and eating healthy and now everything halted again.....😞😞

I have become so lazy nowadays or for the last few months to be honest....I'm going really easy on my diet and not to forget almost zero workout. It's so frustrating and depressing. I have gained about 2 kgs in the last 4 months...I know it's not that much compared to the amount I lost last year, but it's still taking a toll on me. Whenever I try to come back on track, one thing or the other comes in between.....
I really need motivation friends....I'm still 8kgs far from my goal weight..😞
Also, I wanna know that have any of you ever tried those sauna belt things and does it really work? Like I have loose fat over my belly and thighs and nothing seems to work

steady weight

3 1/2 months of laziness and junk food n sweets led to a 1.4 kgs of weight gain. But, taking the the amount of sugar I'm taking in nowadays, this weight gain is not thaaaat much😜😜. I think my body has now come to a steady state, n if now I start working out again, I'll lose weight really fast (atleast I think it will😂😅)
