Hi all...
I need some opinions. I think I'm eating too much meat.
Last night was 350 gr of rump. When I have chicken it is 2 thighs & 2 drumsticks. When it is chicken breast, never more than 2. This is pretty much standard. I don't want facts... I want personal opinions, please.

So far so good.
On Monday it will be 4 months smoke free.
A month ago I was not able to button my new size 34 denim... Today it fits again. Yay!
I have been super lazy when it came to capturing my calories, but I have been vigilant the last month. It just goes to show that it does pay off to count calories.

Today I'm 3 months smoke free.
My weight have gone up quite a bit, BUT I still fit into my NSV work pants (size 34), albeit a bit tight. I've started a program on Samsung Health, where I'm training to run a 5km. I've never run in my life. Except for warming up during Crossfit classes. I'm not doing any weigh-ins at the moment, because the scale is from the devil. I judge on how my pants fit me.
Let's see how that goes. Happy hump day everyone!
