I havent been able to track my entries online for a week, since my laptop died and I don't own a cell phone. But I did weigh in at my Dr appointment today and I am down 20 pounds since my surgery on Sept 30th.

I haven't weighed myself in a week. Not because i don't want to, but because I don't have a scale. I usually wait until my Dr appointment and weigh myself there. I refuse to by a scale because I become OCD, obsessed with weighing myself every day and then I end up sabotaging all my effort and losses. I have been good, sticking to my calories for the day, although last week i did have some strawberry licorice.

Doing great so far, but I need to get my carbs consumption down. I gave up bread, but have recently added Ezekiel sprouted bread.I try to only eat it once per week and usually its a veggie sandwich or tuna or sockeye salmon

So far so good. I have stuck to my calorie goals for every day. I even had chinese food on friday but still managed not to go over. I have to admit though, as good as it tasted, after nearly a month of clean eating I had a major headache and felt unwell after eating the chinese food. You really look at how many calories are in food when you have to track them. I couldn't believe how many are in just a few small honey garlic ribs, a whopping 450. Tomorrow I have a follow up appointment with my surgeon, I am curious to see what weight their scales say I am now since theirs was where I originally weighed myself before I started. My neighbors scale says I am down 8 pounds since my surgery on Sept 29th.

I find it tasking sometimes to try and match up what I ate with the drop down food lists on here. Most are American food companies(I'm a Canadian) and some of their calories are nearly double what I actually consumed.
