No workout today, but I was pretty busy cleaning and crafting : )
Goal for the week: increase calorie intake. Increase my lifting weight. Increase my runs to 4 miles.

Zuuumba!! I'm sure to burn quite of few calories tonight at a Zumba event to raise money for a percious 4 year old girl with cancer. Should be fun!

Went to Del Taco and had a beef burrito...20 GRAMS OF FAT!! Yikes!!! Looks like a salad for dinner and lots of water throughout the day. GYM TIME will be a must in high gear since weigh in is in 2 days.

Well...Hubby was out late on an emergency railroad job, so no gym tonight. So I put in a workout dvd, and I got half of what I was to do tonight. I really need to invest in a treadmil and a quality workout station in my basement....who knows, maybe I will...considering we still need to build down there : )
My goal for next week: increase my calories, they are too low.

This weather makes me feel sluggish. Cant wait til Summer, I would say Spring BUT Spring here isnt anything to write home about. lol. 3 miles and strength conditoning ...is on the agenda for tonight : )
