Okay I am now out of the 160's and into the 150's. I dropped one pound. I hope I can maintain and lose another pound or two before the weekend! I seem to do better on logging my food and eating enough during the week. I can't seem to find any hunger on te weekends i just get too busy to eat. I also do my walking on my lunch breaks during the week. And drink more water. Guess i have more of a routine on the week days.

Well no loss or gain this week so that's good I guess. I thought for sure I had lost some but maybe it is just inches. I tried on a shirt I havenot been able to wear since I bought it last year and it feels a little big now. It is a little too low in the front now!

Today is a good day! I know from looking in the mirror and the way my clothes fit I have to have lost some weight. But my weigh in day is Saturday and I want to weigh in tomarrow. Plus I looked at my bank account and we got our bonus which really helps out cuz I had over spent this week! I am very happy today!

Woke up very late this morning and had to rush rush rush! Stopped at the drug store and bought some day break bars for breakfast. I know that isn't the best but I had to have something.
