Nights over for 2 weeks now so plenty of time to hit the gym :)

OK I am on nights all week now so you have to forgive my diet. When I work nights all I want to eat is carbs carbs carbs, does anyone know why? I'm sure there must be some kind of scientific reasoning but basically it means lots of bread this week!
I might attempt the gym after some of my shifts though, or a jog :)

Surprise surprise I put weight on, but I expected to on holiday! I did loads of exercise but also had loads of food and drink :)
Aah well I can start eating better again today.
P.S I wasn't brave enough to swim in my birthday suit!
